- 3-5 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in SQL, including creating complex queries and performance tuning.
- Basic knowledge of data pipeline concepts or transformation processes.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like React.js is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an inclination towards backend development.
