Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, specifically with web applications and forms.
- Capability to produce clear test cases and documentation easily comprehensible to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of various QA methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Background in the insurance sector or similar fields is an advantage.
- Awareness of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a startup environment where flexibility and adaptability are essential.
