Backend Engineer  (P472)

As a SR Backend Engineer at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proficiency in backend development using Kotlin/Java and Node.js.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Ambassador, and Helm for deployment management.
• Experience with CI systems like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, or TravisCI.
• Understanding of continuous delivery practices; experience with ArgoCD or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience in developing libraries or packages for code reusability.
• Strong personal qualities including kindness, curiosity, empathy, and project management skills.
• Desirable experience with test-driven development using frameworks like Jest.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog.
• Knowledge of REST, gRPC, and GraphQL for API development.
