Technical Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Over 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven history of designing and overseeing complex data systems.
Proficient in Python for data manipulation and ETL processes, with strong knowledge of libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
Familiar with Power BI for creating data visualizations and reports.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Databricks, and other cloud-based data solutions.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL procedures, and data warehousing concepts, with practical experience in developing data pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with data transformation tools like DBT (data build tool) for managing analytics workflows is a plus.
Familiarity with data integration tools such as Fivetran and Hevo for efficient data ingestion from multiple sources.
Desirable experience with orchestration tools like Prefect and Apache Airflow for handling intricate workflows.
Knowledge of data security standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and regulations regarding user data privacy.
Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for advanced analytics.
