Tasks
- Collaborate in the administration and coordination of Human Resources policies and procedures to guarantee the best work environment for all employees.
- Provide support in the management of HR procedures, considering the values and needs of the company, including collaboration in onboarding tasks, search for different courses, and training according to every employee's needs.
- Participate in the creation of internal policies becoming part of the growth of the company.
- Benefits program for all members, reviewing the current benefits offered and looking for new options.
- Perform operational tasks to ensure attraction and employee engagement.
- Make sure that the company's employees work in a comfortable, friendly, and fun environment for their daily work.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology
- More than 1 year in positions related to Human Resources and People Care area
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
