• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in SQL, including creating complex queries and performance tuning.
• Basic knowledge of data pipeline concepts or transformation processes.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React.js is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an inclination towards backend development.
