Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing Workday integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Connectors, and RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) for developing integrations.
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft integrations and development is advantageous.
- Strong technical background in integration development and a solid understanding of HR systems like PeopleSoft or similar platforms.
- Ability to mentor and train team members, ensuring a smooth transition from PeopleSoft to Workday.
