Head of Engineering (P680)

Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including leadership and architecture roles.
- Proven experience in technical leadership at an executive level, managing large, distributed teams (120+).
- Strong technical knowledge of backend, frontend, and mobile development, in technologies such as Java, Node.js, Angular, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in scalability and performance methodologies.
- Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
