Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA).
- Proven experience in managing mission-critical, highly transactional, and distributed databases in a cloud environment, preferably MySQL.
- Strong skills in SQL development.
- Deep understanding of database architecture, engineering practices, ORMs, and caching strategies.
- Expertise in identifying and resolving database integrity issues, performance problems, blocking and deadlocking, replication, and connectivity issues.
- Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Experience administering AWS RDS/Aurora Global Database, DynamoDB, and/or Redis (AWS ElastiCache).
- Experience with Terraform (Nice to have)
