About Us:

As a Jr/Mid-Level Demand Generator at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to understand the target market and identify demand-generation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align campaigns with business goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content, including emails, presentations, blogs, and marketing materials, to support lead generation efforts.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance campaign performance.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Maintain and manage an up-to-date database of prospects, follow-ups, and related activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a demand generation role, preferably within the software development or technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and refine demand generation strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in B2B digital marketing tools and CRM platforms, such as Apollo, Waalaxy, Snov.io, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet goals and deadlines under pressure.

 

Desirable:

  • Experience managing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
