As a Jr/Mid-Level People Care at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.
Tasks:
- Collaborate in administering and coordinating Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure the best work environment for all employees.
- Support the management of HR procedures in alignment with the company's values and needs. This includes assisting with onboarding tasks, identifying training courses, and organizing programs tailored to employees' needs.
- Contribute to the development of internal policies, playing a role in the company’s growth.
- Manage the employee benefits program by reviewing existing offerings and exploring new options.
- Perform operational tasks to enhance employee attraction and engagement.
- Foster a comfortable, friendly, and enjoyable work environment for all employees.
Technical Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology.
- Over 1 year of experience in Human Resources or People Care roles.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2) (nice to have).
- Experience or familiarity with People Analytics, including culture and work environment (nice to have).
- Experience working with remote employees in technology companies (nice to have).
