Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, particularly within Specialty lines
- Familiarity with the Secotra platform is highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to leverage data and market insights to make strategic product decisions.
- Experience using Agile methodologies and tools in product management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced settings with multiple priorities.
