Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a strong understanding of best practices and design patterns.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with database systems, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., RSpec, Capybara).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
