Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Over 7 years of hands-on experience working with Ruby on Rails, including writing, executing, and debugging code.
Proficiency in Javascript for creating and maintaining software components.
Experience deploying code using Ansible.
Strong grasp of software design concepts and principles.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot under minimal documentation or existing knowledge base.
Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques for server-based software.
Knowledge of the Liquid templating language.
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, GitHub, and Hubot.
Proficiency with MongoDB for database management.
DevOps expertise, particularly in AWS, is an advantage.
Strong foundation in CSS for web development.
Comprehensive experience with web services and their implementation.
