As a Jr/Mid-Level Demand Generator at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to understand the target market and identify demand-generation opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align campaigns with business goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and persuasive content, including emails, presentations, blogs, and marketing materials, to support lead generation efforts.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques, such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance campaign performance.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
- Maintain and manage an up-to-date database of prospects, follow-ups, and related activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a demand generation role, preferably within the software development or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and refine demand generation strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in B2B digital marketing tools and CRM platforms, such as Apollo, Waalaxy, Snov.io, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet goals and deadlines under pressure.
Desirable:
- Experience managing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
