Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of hands-on experience working with Ruby on Rails, including writing, executing, and debugging code.
- Proficiency in Javascript for creating and maintaining software components.
- Experience deploying code using Ansible.
- Strong grasp of software design concepts and principles.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot under minimal documentation or existing knowledge base.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques for server-based software.
- Knowledge of the Liquid templating language.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, GitHub, and Hubot.
- Proficiency with MongoDB for database management.
- DevOps expertise, particularly in AWS, is an advantage.
- Strong foundation in CSS for web development.
- Comprehensive experience with web services and their implementation.
