Tier 3 Support Engineer (P500)

Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong ability to script and automate tasks using PowerShell.
- Extensive experience with Office 365 administration and support.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Prior experience using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
- Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software.
- Competence in configuring and supporting WiFi networks.
- Experience with Firebase for backend development and support.
