Tier 3 Support Engineer (P500)

As a SSR Tier 3 Support Engineer at Kenility, you’ll join a tight-knit family of creative developers, engineers, and designers, who strive to develop and deliver the highest quality products into the market.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong ability to script and automate tasks using PowerShell.
  • Extensive experience with Office 365 administration and support.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Prior experience using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
  • Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) software.
  • Competence in configuring and supporting WiFi networks.
  • Experience with Firebase for backend development and support.
